I am SO happy you are here! I’m Breana Sherman, the maker behind Duck, Duck, Goose Embroidery & Co. — a small business that honestly came to life like a wild hair, out of nowhere. 

I live in Fort Walton Beach, Florida with my husband, our son, and our two goldendoodles. Life is full, a little chaotic, but exactly what I want to be. 

I am a new mom, and during this season of adjusting to motherhood, I knew I didn’t want to go back to my traditional 9–5 job. By trade, I’m a pediatric and school-based occupational therapist. I’ve always loved working with kids and supporting families. But becoming a mom shifted something in me and made me start thinking differently about time, flexibility, and what I wanted my everyday life to look like.

One day, the idea for embroidery just stuck — and I ran with it. What started as a simple creative outlet quickly turned into Duck, Duck, Goose Embroidery & Co.- a space where I can create meaningful, handmade pieces while also being present for my son. 

Every stitch is done with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. This business is still growing and evolving, but it’s built on something really important to me — choosing a life that lets me be both a mom and a maker.
