Duck Duck Goose Embroidery & Co. specializes in custom embroidery, personalized gifts, apparel, accessories, and made-to-order products.

Because many of our products are handmade and customized, slight variations in embroidery placement, stitching, fabric texture, color, and finished appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, and sales apply only during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.

Any custom invoices must be paid by the stated due date. Unpaid invoices may be canceled at our discretion.

5. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, initials, dates, spelling, colors, and sizing.

If a proof or mockup is provided, production will not begin until approval has been received.

Approval confirms that all spelling, design placement, thread colors, sizing, and artwork are correct.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Production times may vary due to order volume, holidays, supplier delays, weather events, equipment maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Shipping

Shipping estimates begin once an order has been completed and shipped.

Duck Duck Goose Embroidery & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues after an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, most custom orders are final sale.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos, graphics, embroidery designs created by Duck Duck Goose Embroidery & Co., product descriptions, and other original content are the property of Duck Duck Goose Embroidery & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Customers may not reproduce or resell our original artwork or use our photos without permission.

10. Customer-Supplied Artwork

By submitting logos, artwork, or other materials for embroidery, you confirm that you own the rights to use those materials or have obtained the necessary permissions.

Duck Duck Goose Embroidery & Co. is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-supplied artwork.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Duck Duck Goose Embroidery & Co. harmless from any claims arising from the use of submitted artwork.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duck Duck Goose Embroidery & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item giving rise to the claim.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Duck Duck Goose Embroidery & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders involving abusive behavior, suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, or requests that violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

If an order is canceled before production begins, any payment received will be refunded.
